How the license works
License types
The software can work with trial, monthly, annual and perpetual licenses. Which ones will be offered, and at what price, is not decided yet.
Number of computers
A license sets how many gaming PCs can be enrolled. Removing a PC frees its place.
Without the internet
The license is a signed file checked on the admin computer. An internet outage never stops sessions.
Trial
A trial becomes available once the activation service is switched on; it is not running yet.
Renewal
A warning appears before the license ends, followed by a grace period. Running sessions, balances and reports are never changed.
Questions about pricing
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not yet. The software can work with trial, monthly, annual and perpetual licenses, but the offer and the prices have not been decided, and no subscriptions are accepted.
Can I buy it now?
No. EasyControl 0.11.0 is a pre-release and not yet for sale.
Will it need an extra cloud service?
No. The system runs on your own computers, on the club’s local network.
