Every computer appears on the map with its zone, status and remaining time. Remote commands need a confirmation and are written to the activity log.

Money that adds up exactly
Packages, discounts, cash and card payments, shifts and refunds all live in one ledger. Every operation is stored exactly, to the tetri.

EasyControl runs on your club’s local network. Gaming PCs connect to the server over an encrypted connection, and backups are encrypted and verified automatically.

Four steps to go live
Installation with a Georgian setup wizard and enrollment with a one-time code — no special knowledge needed.

Install EasyControl on the admin computer
The Georgian installer sets up the server and the admin application. On first start you create the owner account.

Install and enroll the gaming PCs
On each PC: the agent installer and a one-time enrollment code. The connection is encrypted.

Set up prices, zones and staff
Zones, hourly rates, packages, operator accounts and the discount limit.

Run the club from one interface
Sell time, take reservations, close the shift and read the reports.

Which licenses will be offered, and their prices, has not been decided yet. No subscriptions or payments are accepted at this stage.

Frequently asked questions
Does it need the internet?
No. EasyControl runs on your club’s local network: the admin computer and the gaming PCs must be on the same network. No cloud service is used.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Gaming PCs: Windows 11 Pro and Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (x64). Windows Home is not supported. So far the system has been tested on Windows 11 in a virtual machine.
Can EasyControl take card payments?
Card payments are recorded, while the transaction itself is processed by the bank terminal. EasyControl never stores card data.
Where is the data stored?
On the admin computer, in your club. Backups are encrypted; restoring one on another computer works with the recovery password.
How much does it cost?
The price has not been set and no subscriptions are accepted. Contact us about the pilot.
Is it ready for commercial use?
Not yet. 0.11.0 is a pre-release: the features are verified by automated tests and in a virtual machine, and testing on real gaming PCs is still ahead.
